Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated team member to welcome, assist, and exceed guest service expectations. This role focuses on guest interaction, problem-solving, and promoting both physical and digital services to enhance the shopping experience. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and effortless checkout, guest service, and order fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by following established service guidelines
• Offer a warm and genuine welcome to guests as they enter
• Promptly ascertain guest needs and tailor your approach to suit them
• Aid clients by furnishing details about items and suggesting ways to address their concerns
• Verify the correctness and speed of scanning, bagging, and payment procedures
• Keep your work station clean and well-maintained
• Update visitors on promotions, new arrivals, and store occasions
• Encourage clients to become members of loyalty programs and to apply for store-specific credit cards
• Help clients in utilizing and familiarizing themselves with digital tools, including the store app and online resources
• Comply with store policies during return procedures to ensure customer contentment
• Optimize the efficiency of managing order collection, drive-through pickups, and gift registry transactions
• Aid in addressing and diffusing conflicts with guests while upholding store rules and procedures
• Uphold compliance with regulated goods according to federal, state, and local regulations
• Help with general store operations as requested in alignment with business demands

Job Requirements:

• Accurately managing cash transactions and proficiently operating the register
• Competency to operate outside in varying weather elements
• Consistently handling and lifting merchandise up to 15 lbs, while occasionally engaging in lifting tasks that involve weights of up to 40 lbs
• Open to working on a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
