Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated team member to welcome, assist, and exceed guest service expectations. This role focuses on guest interaction, problem-solving, and promoting both physical and digital services to enhance the shopping experience. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and effortless checkout, guest service, and order fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Offer superior customer service by upholding prescribed service standards
• Interact with visitors in a pleasant and sincere manner
• Swiftly evaluate what guests require and adapt your approach accordingly
• Support visitors by imparting knowledge about merchandise and providing assistance in resolving issues
• Ensure that scanning, bagging, and payment transactions are completed with accuracy and efficiency
• Strive to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in your workspace
• Inform customers about discounts, latest products, and store gatherings
• Inspire patrons to enroll in loyalty schemes and to potentially acquire store credit cards
• Aid patrons in understanding and making use of digital technologies, such as the store app and web services
• Execute returns in accordance with store regulations to meet customer expectations
• Enhance the effectiveness of handling order pickups, drive-up arrangements, and gift registry transactions
• Handle guest concerns effectively and peacefully, ensuring adherence to store policies
• Confirm that products subject to regulation are in alignment with federal, state, and local statutes
• Aid in the smooth functioning of the store operations according to the demands of the business

Job Requirements:

• Precise cash management and proficient operation of the register system
• Skill in working in outdoor settings regardless of the weather conditions
• Lifting and relocating products weighing up to 15 lbs on a frequent basis, with sporadic tasks that require lifting up to 40 lbs
• Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
