• Guarantee precise and effective scanning, bagging, and transaction processing
• Keep your workspace tidy and well-organized
• Notify visitors about special offers, fresh releases, and upcoming activities at the store
• Motivate customers to sign up for loyalty programs and consider applying for store credit cards
• Assist visitors in navigating and utilizing digital resources, such as the store's application and internet-based facilities
• Follow store guidelines when handling returns to uphold customer service standards
• Efficiently manage the process of collecting orders, utilizing drive-through services, and coordinating transactions related to gift registry items
• Help address and calm guest issues and reduce tensions in a manner that aligns with store regulations
• Make sure that regulated products adhere to all laws at the federal, state, and local levels for compliance purposes
• Assist with various store operations as required depending on the needs of the business

• Regularly transporting and handling goods weighing up to 15 lbs, with occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbs
• Flexibility in scheduling, covering evenings, weekends, and holidays
