Responsibilities:

• Provide help to drivers by facilitating the transfer of donations onto carts in the warehouse.
• Differentiate between soft goods, hard goods, and furniture when sorting products to improve inventory management.
• Improve the efficiency of cart management through effective weighing and organization.
• Thoroughly document routes with precise information on weights and thorough truck inspections.
• Ensure trailers are loaded according to company regulations and document the weights of the products.
• Help requested for the task of conducting daily inventory counts and inputting stock entries.
• Aid in the handling of goods during truck loading and unloading for store transfers.
• Keep the pathways and aisles in the warehouse tidy and clear from any loose materials.
• Use a calculator to establish the weight of loaded carts after deduction of tare weight.
• Write down the cart numbers, weights, and unload timings on the driver's route documentation.
• Complete delivery reports with precision to ensure all essential information is included.
• Ensure that forklifts are safe and compliant with company policies through thorough inspections.
• Execute supplementary responsibilities as needed, including the upkeep of office spaces and washrooms.

Requirements:

• It is necessary to be 18 years or older.
• Aptitude for securely relocating merchandise.
• Proficient in coordinating activities and demonstrating excellent time management abilities.
• Competence to meet job requirements on a flexible schedule, encompassing weekends and holidays.
• Exhibiting a focus on particulars and skill in conforming to company protocols.
