Responsibilities:

• Support drivers by assisting in the transfer of donations onto warehouse carts.
• Categorize merchandise by dividing them into soft goods, hard goods, and furniture or large items to streamline the sorting process.
• Enhance the efficiency of cart weighing and organization in the warehouse.
• Accurately fill out route paperwork, including details on weights and conducting truck inspections.
• Comply with the company's guidelines for trailer loading and accurately note down the product weights.
• Seeking help with the daily routine of counting inventory and entering stock information accurately.
• Support available for loading and unloading tasks related to store transfers.
• Ensure that there are no debris or obstacles in the paths and aisles of the warehouse.
• Calculate the precise weight of loaded carts using a calculator.
• Log the cart IDs, weights, and the duration of unloading in the driver's delivery route paperwork.
• Provide precise details in the delivery reports to meet the necessary completion standards.
• Check forklifts to confirm they meet safety requirements and align with company policies.
• Carry out other assigned duties, which could encompass the upkeep of office spaces and restrooms.

Requirements:

• The minimum age required is 18 years.
• Capability to lift and shift items with caution.
• Strong aptitude for structuring work processes and handling time efficiently.
• Capacity to manage a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrating attentiveness to specifics and proficiency in following company policies.
