CDL Truck Driver

Responsibilities:

• Help facilitate the movement of donations from vehicles to warehouse carts for storage purposes.
• Divide between soft goods and hard goods, along with large furniture items, for effective sorting and organization.
• Improve the efficiency of cart management through effective weighing and organization.
• Properly handle route paperwork by verifying weights and performing necessary truck checks.
• Comply with the company's guidelines for trailer loading and accurately note down the product weights.
• Support required for the task of conducting inventory counts and inputting data on available items.
• Assistance is offered for loading and unloading trucks during store relocations.
• Keep the walkways and aisles within the warehouse neat and devoid of clutter.
• Calculate the precise weight of loaded carts using a calculator.
• Document the cart designations, weights, and time taken for unloading on the driver's route sheets.
• Complete delivery reports with precision to ensure all essential information is included.
• Inspect forklifts to ensure they meet safety expectations and comply with company policies.
• Perform any extra duties requested, such as maintaining office areas and restroom facilities.

Requirements:

• The eligibility criteria include being 18 years or older.
• Skillfulness in safely moving and lifting items.
• Skilled in efficiently structuring tasks and effectively managing time.
• Skill to accommodate a flexible work schedule, which may involve weekends and holidays.
• Exhibiting a focus on particulars and skill in conforming to company protocols.
