• Reach outstanding sales performance, prioritize exceptional customer service, and optimize operational proficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with store leadership to tackle customer issues in a friendly manner.
• Exceed personal goals while maximizing productivity outcomes.
• Encourage customers to share insights by asking open-ended questions that delve into their preferences and requirements.
• Carry out the customer payment process with effectiveness and precision.
• Boost knowledge of products and stay updated on current and emerging trends in the industry.
• Stay aware of all products, promotions, and evolving store trends.

Qualifications:

• Retail experience spanning no more than three months is recommended.
• Demonstrating certainty and relaxation when engaging with customers to enhance their experience positively.
• Consistently radiating positivity and warmth.
• Driven by customer engagement and involvement in athletic product management.
• Showing proactive behavior in completing tasks without direct guidance.
• Available for work during non-traditional hours, such as nights and weekends.
