• Ensure customers experience a smooth, accurate, and seamless checkout process.
• Attain stellar sales outcomes, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with store management to address customer concerns in a considerate and courteous manner.
• Attain and surpass individual goals for both personal and productivity growth.
• Employ questioning techniques that encourage customers to express their needs openly.
• Improve the accuracy and efficiency in handling customer payments.
• Strengthen awareness of product specifications and stay informed about current and future trends in the market.
• Keep abreast of merchandise, promotions, and changing store trends.
• Participate in establishing a work environment that is positive and encourages inclusion.

Qualifications:

• Preferential consideration is given to those with recent retail experience, lasting three months or less.
• Displaying confidence and comfort when interacting with clients to elevate their service interaction.
• Displaying a welcoming and optimistic attitude consistently.
• Energized by interacting with clients and working with sports-related items.
• Working autonomously to fulfill responsibilities.
• Flexible schedule that encompasses evenings and weekends.
