Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in medical or dental sales to drive business growth in the dental implants sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with dental professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the Miami area.Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and dental clinics.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for dental professionals.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize sales efforts.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, preferably in the dental, medical devices, or healthcare industry.Languages:
Fluent English. Spanish is a plus.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Network:
Established relationships with dental professionals in Miami is a plus.Motivation:
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Travel:
Willingness to travel within the Miami area and attend industry events as needed.
